Order Accuracy:
Address Mistakes. If we make any errors in processing your order, rest assured that we are committed to rectifying them promptly. Address mistakes can occasionally occur during the online ordering process. We kindly request that you carefully review your shipping address both during checkout and upon receiving the order confirmation. Should you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before Shipment:
If we're alerted to an address mistake before the order is shipped, we'll make the necessary adjustments free of charge. However, please note that any address changes may result in a delay in the shipment of your order.
After Shipment:
If your package has already been shipped, we can attempt to intercept and reroute it to the correct address for a fee of $15.95, which covers the carrier's charge for rerouting.
Address Mistakes Detected by Us: If our shipping software detects an address mistake (such as a missing apartment number), we will reach out to you via email to request an update. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will regrettably have to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Accessory Returns/Tea & Matcha Returns:
If your tea purchase does not meet your expectations, our Tea Specialists are ready to assist you in enhancing your tea experience. Whether it's guidance on preparation or more, we're here to help. If you still wish to return your tea, please note the following policies for opened and unopened tea. Please note that sample bags are non-returnable.
Unopened Tea:
Reach out to us within 4 days of purchase to initiate a return for unopened tea. We'll provide a return shipping label. After we receive the returned product and confirm its unopened condition, we will process a refund, minus the return shipping charge.
Opened Tea:
We do not issue a refund on opened tea.General Return InformationPlease allow 3-5 business days after your return reaches our facility for us to complete the return process. Once completed, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Refunds may take several business days to post to your account, depending on your payment method.
